Our Solution

1. Gate Design & Installation

We supplied and installed black aluminium swing gates, chosen for their durability, corrosion resistance, and smart finish. These were mounted to custom brick piers, enhancing both the stability and the aesthetic of the installation. The black finish offered a striking contrast against the brickwork, delivering a clean and contemporary look.

2. Automation

To power the gates, we used Roger Technologies above above-ground gate operators. These are ideal for swing gates and offer:

  • Smooth, quiet operation.

  • Long-lasting reliability.

  • Easy integration with access systems.

Above-ground motors also allow for easier maintenance and servicing in future.

3. Access Control

We equipped the system with two user-friendly access solutions:

  • Key fob remote access for simple entry and exit.

  • A smartphone-enabled video intercom system, allowing residents to manage access from anywhere, whether they’re upstairs or away from the property entirely.

This combination ensures the gate is both secure and convenient, giving the homeowner complete control at their fingertips.
