Our Approach

We recommended anthracite grey aluminium gates with integrated vision bars. Aluminium was the right material for this installation – lightweight, strong, corrosion-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free compared to timber or wrought iron alternatives. The anthracite grey finish gave the gates a sleek, timeless appearance that works well with a wide range of modern properties.

The vision bars were incorporated during manufacture, providing a clean factory finish while allowing controlled sightlines through the gate. For automation, we selected Roger Technology above-ground operators for their quiet, dependable performance and ease of future servicing. Access was managed through a digital keypad, programmed with a secure code – no fobs, no remote controls, just straightforward entry for residents and authorised visitors.

The Installation

The gates were precision-fitted at the driveway entrance and securely mounted to robust posts. The anthracite grey factory finish ensures long-term resistance to corrosion and wear, making these gates a particularly practical choice for an exposed driveway position.

The Roger Technology automation was installed and calibrated above ground, with all cable runs concealed where possible for a neat finish. The digital keypad was programmed and tested on site with the client to ensure smooth, reliable operation from day one.
