The Challenge

The client was looking for a gate solution that offered both security and comfort while complementing the clean, modern aesthetic of their property. The existing rendered piers provided a strong starting point, but they required precise alignment to ensure the gates operated smoothly. Additionally, it was key the gate was automated with multiple entry and exit options.

Our Approach

For the gates, we opted for anthracite grey aluminium. As a material that is not only durable but also low-maintenance and stylish, aluminium is a fantastic choice for almost any property. With its contemporary look, it was an ideal choice for this property. By nature, the material is also lightweight, putting minimal stress on the piers.

We opted for some discrete Roger Technology underground operators, maintaining the clean look of the entrance while delivering efficient automation. For access, we incorporated a multi-functional system that included key fobs for residents, a road loop for automatic exit detection, and an AES GSM intercom system. The intercom allows visitors to request access via a mobile phone, offering both convenience and security.
